Our dedication to providing the area with the latest products and services allows them to offer comfortable, economical, and environmentally friendly surroundings to public, government and commercial tenants. We have built a committed team of employees with the highest industry expertise and the shared values of safety first, quality workmanship, professionalism in all dealings, and a desire for continued innovation in our field. Consistently improving our products and services allows Sierra Valley Construction, Inc. to complete projects on time and within budget. Expanded opportunities present themselves as we increase our presence in California. Our sales projections of $20,000,000 are expected to be reached by 2020. Staffing accommodations to support this growth will be served by a maximum employee count of 24. This team will grow as needed to include 2 estimators, 2 project manager, 1 general superintendent, 5 superintendents, and tradesmen as well as s finance department staff of 3. The management, vision, and impeccable reputation of our CFO will continue to guide the business on its path to steadily increasing success. Our main concentration of clients will continue to come primarily from Public Works Projects, with expanded growth in commercial projects. The company will differentiate itself by offering the latest technology and products, experienced and talented tradesman, and continued collaborative and mutually successful engagements with our business partners. Marketing efforts will be expanded to build on our established base of business.
